Beth Sugar's more than 15 years of competitive volleyball experience has instilled a firm belief that every volleyball player's strength rests in the 3Ds: Dedication, Determination and Discipline. These attributes are more than just what she expects from her athletes, they are also what she lives by as a coach, an athlete and in her personal work and life. Beth has been coaching for the last five years but she also continues to play herself as part of adult coed leagues.

Beth, her husband Al, and their children Alex and Harlee love spending time camping and, of course, playing volleyball. When she's not passing the ball or enjoying her beautiful family, she makes her "day job" happen as Founder and CEO of Dental Credentialing Company.
