Erica Creech debuted first as a volunteer Catholic Youth Organization (CYO) volleyball coach in 2016 for St. Mary Berea as a way to spend more time with her daughters. She has continued to coach multiple CYO teams since and served as Volleyball Director for the last several years working with school and parish officials as well as various clubs and training professionals to build a meaningful program and create opportunities for kids to stay active and engaged. While Erica only started coaching club volleyball in 2023, she's been actively involved with her daughters' club teams since 2019, doing everything from COVID Coordinator to social media content, fundraising and good ol' "Team Mom" duties.

Erica has a passion for people and believes in hard work, perseverance and the value of team. As a Communications Director for a Fortune 500 company, she also appreciates good communication with coaches, parents/guardians and athletes, making her an important part of our Inspire CLE Volleyball community.
